HELP - Pick n Pay in-store bookings

Yes, one can book in-store at any Pick n Pay nationwide including PnP Liquor, PnP Clothing, PnP Hyper and BP Express stores. Some BP Express Stores are open 24hrs.

Simply inform the teller which event or race you would like to purchase for
• Your personal information will be captured by the in-store cashier on behalf of Webtickets – if you need more information regarding your privacy, please reference our Webtickets Privacy Policy
• Once payment has been made, tickets will be issued by the PnP cashier on your till slip
• You will also receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS with a link to access your tickets

You can book online on Webtickets and pay in-store at any Pick n Pay nationwide including PnP Liquor, PnP Clothing and BP Express stores.

• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay at Pick n Pay, a 12 digit booking reference number will be displayed on screen (eg 202191876395)
• Simply present your booking reference number to any cashier to make payment
• Tickets will be issued by the PnP cashier. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS with a link to access your tickets on your Webtickets profile

No need to collect your tickets at Pick n Pay! You can simply login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets and choose to either download your tickets or show them on your phone.

Once a customer has opted to pay for their ticket on Webtickets at a Pick n Pay, they have 24 hours to pay for their ticket. The customer will need present their unique payment reference number at any till point. Reference numbers are usually 10 or more digits and always begin with 202.
