 HELP - Refunds and Reschedules

In the event of a cancelled show and reschedules are allowed, if the event allow reschedules, the self-reschedule option will become available in your Webtickets profile.
• Simply login to your Webtickets profile, click on My Order History and click on “RESCHEDULE TICKETS” next to your transaction in order to change your tickets to a new alternative date. Change the date to the date of purchase if the event has passed.
In the event of a cancelled show, if the event allow refunds, the self-refund option will become available in your Webtickets profile.
• Simply login to your Webtickets profile, click on My Order History and click on “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Change the date to the date of purchase if the event has passed.
If you paid via Credit Card, your funds will automatically be returned to the card that you purchased with.
If you paid via EFT or Ozow, you will be prompted to enter your banking details.
If you paid via Pick n Pay, you will receive a new reference number to take instore to receive your cash refund at any Pick n Pay store nationwide.
• No races will be refunded.
Once you have processed your refund using the self-refund option for a cancelled or rescheduled event or race, your refund will usually take 7-10 working days to reflect.

Please check the purchase date on your statement to see if the refunded funds reflect on that date.
In the event of a cancelled show or race, if you booked at Pick n Pay, you will be refunded instore.

The self-refund option will become available in your Webtickets profile:
• Simply login to your Webtickets profile, click on My Tickets and click on “CHOOSE ACTION” and “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction and select Pick n Pay.
• You will receive a Pick n Pay Refund voucher that you will need to present to Pick n Pay within 24 hours to claim your refund.
Your refund will usually take 7-10 working days to reflect. As a rule, refunds are refunded to the same manner to how the ticket or entry was purchased.

Therefore:
• Tickets or entries purchased using a card, Masterpass or Click to Pay are refunded back to the same card.
• Tickets or entries purchased or paid for at Pick n Pay, will need to be collected from Pick n Pay.
• Tickets or entries purchased via EFT are refunded to your bank account.


Please check the purchase date on your statement to see if the refunded funds reflect on that date.
