Yes, there is no need to print your ticket. Your barcoded ticket can be scanned directly from your phone.

To view your ticket on your phone:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select view tickets
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select view tickets
Payment can be made via:
• Credit & Debit Card
• Pick n Pay
• OZOW (Instant EFT)
• Click to pay with Visa
• MasterPass by MasterCard
• Zapper
• SnapScan
• Cash/ Deposit or EFT (Pick n Pay Digital Vouchers & Joburg Theatre only)

To view your ticket on your phone:

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select view tickets
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select email tickets
• Enter the recipients first name, last name and email address and click on send
• Login to your Webtickets profile from your cellphone and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select send via WhatsApp
• Enter the recipients cellphone number and click on send
Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Profile then select Invoice Details
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Passes
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select Use Pass
• Select the show you would like to attend and click on book
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select update details • Click on the edit button to edit your ticket holder details and click on save
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select Download Tickets
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select view tickets
To find out more information about an event, such as the line-up, start time and what you are allowed to bring into the event, simply search for the event on Webtickets and the information will be in the event description. If the information you are looking for does not appear on the event description, you will find clickable links to the events website and social media pages beneath the event description.
• Tickets are available exclusively at Webtickets and can only be purchased via Webtickets or at any Pick n Pay store nationwide
• Webtickets does not support tickets purchased from third parties and cannot guarantee the validity of these tickets
