REFUNDS
The self-refund option is available on webtickets.
• To refund your tickets, simply log in to your Webtickets profile, click on “MY TICKETS”.
• Select “CHOOSE ACTION” and “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Please choose the payment method that you paid with. If you paid with a card, please select your tickets and choose the Card option. Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in the account used to make the booking.
