Inkala: Crayfish dumplings served with a smoky crayfish bisque and butter poached crayfish tail
Ubabazi: Creamy stinging nettle risotto served with pan seared oyster mushrooms
Succulent: Roasted lamb rack served with confit potatoes, fresh garden peas and a carrot purée
