Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:
• Three bottles of wine: De Grendel Rosé 750ml; De Grendel Shiraz 750ml and De Grendel Merlot 750ml.
• All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts
What’s on the menu?
• Beetroot and hibiscus cured yellowtail on a Japanese rice puff, served with Thai green aioli, fresh radish and lemongrass pickled apple.
• A duck and spring onion pancake served with a Cassis plum sauce,Chinese 5 spice pickled peppers and freshly shaved carrot.
• Merlot and lavender poached pear served with a star anise frangipane, creme fraiche, a raspberry coulis and freshly shaved 80% dark chocolate.
Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
