FoCTO Bursary Competition

Opera UCT and the Friends of Opera in Cape Town (FoCTO) present the finals of FoCTO’s bursary competition for young South African singers. The FoCTO bursary was established in 2018, under the leadership of the late George Stevens.

Friends of Opera in Cape Town continues to fund talented students to pursue an education at Opera UCT, under the leadership of Prof Jeremy Silver. FoCTO has supported many students from Opera UCT for various programmes, here and overseas.
