What’s on the menu?

• Klein River Oak Smoked Standford Catalan, coppa ham, fresh pear slices and a drizzle of Crafted Collection Honey served on a mini pita bread. Paired with Graham Brut Non-Vintage.

• Beetroot and berry Chevin goats cheese seeded cracker sandwich with sweet lime marmalade and fresh lime zest. Paired with Graham Beck Brut Rosé Non-Vintage.

• Nectarine curd tartlet with fresh nectarine slivers, lemon gel and fresh lemon zest. Paired with Graham Beck Bliss Nectar Non-Vintage.
