About

The 2025 All Tar Rally at Killarney on Saturday 12 July showcases another unique action-packed race with rally, rallycross and track cars challenging each other, with new, much more technical stages and an exciting new super special stage with two cars going head-to-head!

Round 4 of the Western Cape Club Rally Championship is exactly what its name suggests: it’s run over a number of short, very tight special stages using sections of the main circuit, the access roads - and even through the pits paddock!
There are six stages totaling 70 kilometres - all in and around the Killarney facility, and all on tar instead of the usual gravel roads, so it’s suitable for - and open to - circuit racing cars, rallycross cars and gymkhana cars as well as purpose-built rally cars.

Spectating at a conventional rally usually entails a long trip out to the country and a lot of standing around outdoors – at the All Tar Rally you can watch most of the action sitting comfortably in the shade of the Joubert Pits Lounge balcony, with a delicious light meal, an ice-cold beverage or a mug of Cape Town’s finest coffee at your elbow!

The All Tar Rally is tight, twisty and very intense - it’s like competing in a gymkhana course 70 kilometres long! More information from Terri Philander at info@wpmc.co.za or (021 557-1639).
