The Rotary Club of Kloof is proud to present another SPAR Festival in the Hills, at the beautiful Makaranga Gardens venue, Kloof.
Saturday 2nd August: three of our local school choirs in the Upper Highway area will be performing their international repertoires.
Sunday 3rd August: The KZN Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing with massed school choirs. They will be conducted by Richard Cock.
The festival also includes an art exhibition in the conference centre showcasing the works of over 50 artists whose works will all be for sale.
