The 17th Encounters South African International Documentary Festival will run in June 2015 in Cape Town and Johannesburg, exposing audiences to a more diverse, complex, and surprising world than they could ever imagine.

For the last 17 years, the festival’s profile has been amplified by its selection of both the best regional and international documentaries.
