Join Liliesleaf in celebrating the 9th of August 1956 where 20 000 women marched to the Union Buildings in Pretoria against the restrictive Pass Laws.

While marching the women were chanting 'Wathint' Abafazi, Wathint' Imbokodo' (you strike women, you strike the rock).
